Choose the monthly catalog that corresponds to the truck departure date (day before delivery), not the order date.

Place your order in the the Coop "Not for Mail" Box nestled among a cluster of real mailboxes at 18 School Street by midnight on Sunday (week #3). Alternatively, you can e-mail your order directly to Julie J. by noon on Tuesday (week #3).

Sheila J. coordinates the ordering and distribution of organic produce based on standing orders from members.

Newsletter Items Due – February 4, March 4, April 1

The Squanacook Cooperative newsletter is published every month (assuming there’s something to report). You can send items for the next newsletter via e-mail

Newsletters are packed with orders on distribution day and are mailed to those who did not have an order.

Distribution – February 7, March 7, April 3

Orders are delivered, sorted and distributed at Father Mealey Hall on School Street (behind St. John's) on Wednesday (week #4), unless that day is a Northeast holiday.

Our scheduled delivery time is approximately 9:00 AM on Wednesday. On the day before delivery day, you can check the actual Delivery Time on the United Buying Clubs site.
