How do I order a split item?
When others have suggested splits items, it's really easy to view the whole list and choose the items you'd like.
You can add your request to a suggested split at any time before Wednesday, week #3. That's when Lisa begins reviewing the complete list to see if adjustments are needed to reach full cases. She may contact you about the items you have requested.
Please do not make splits adjustments on your own after Wednesday, week #3.
Visit your basket
Your basket will include anything you've already requested, including your splits suggestions.
View the "Splitting Cases" list
Change the "My Order" choice to "Splitting Cases".
You'll see the items you've suggested along with the those from everyone else.
Request a splits item
1. Enter the Product Code (without the "-").
2. Click the Split option.
3. Enter your desired Quantity and More counts, i.e., the quantity you want plus how many more you'll accept to fill a case.
4. Click "Add Item".
WARNING: See what happens when you skip step #2 – last example (below).
Confirm your request
Your new request will appear in addition to the new request.
WARNING: Don't forget to click the "Split" box!
Real-life example: I wanted 2 - 3 bags of Terra Sweet Potato Chips. Forgetting to click the "Splits" option turned this into an order for 2 cases of chips for $62.40!
